MOTIVATION












WOKROUT 6x a week - gym
HEALTHY EATING - 6 meals a day
-- Breakfast - 7.30am
-- Coffee + snack - 10.00am
-- Another snack - fruit - 13.00pm
-- dinner - 15.30pm
-- after workout snack - around 6-7pm
-- supper - 8.30pm

The most important: NO SNACKS BETWEEN MEALS
ŻADNYCH PRZEKĄSEK MIĘDZY POSIŁKAMI

Everything is possible, you just have to believe you can do it and pursue to it.
Results are the best thing you can see in your body.
It is easier to wake up early everyday to workout than wake up everyday and see in the mirror something that we don't like, right?
So just stand up and go for training ! Endorphins will rise.
Your mood will be excellent for the rest of your day!
